Voucher Usage Conditions Groupon vouchers are valid for off-peak hours only (e.g. Monday–Friday, non-public holidays) Each voucher is valid for one simulator bay per booking Maximum 4 players per bay One voucher per booking ❗ Important Notes Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in Late arrival may result in reduced playing time Vouchers must be presented at check-in (digital or printed) 🔄 Cancellation Policy Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance Late cancellations or no-shows may result in voucher forfeiture in accordance with Groupon policy
